3 cups of watermelon with rind and seeds

Small wedge of lemon or lime

In a juicer juice the watermelon with rind and seeds. After juicing add small wedge of lemon or lime to drink. This is a great quencher for the summer and beating the heat. This is a great, potassium-rich hydrator. 125 calories per serving.
