1 slice lemon with rind

1 apple

1 beet

1 handful beet leaves

1 handful parsley

In a juice add all ingredients reserving the lemon rind. After juicing add lemon rind and lightly stir. This healthy juice will replenish the vital nutrients after a big sweat from extreme activity. The parsley, beets, and beet tops are rich in iron, while the natural sugars in the apple provide an instant energy lift. About 117 calories.
