5 carrots

1/2 apple (minus seeds)

1/2 inch slice of fresh ginger root

1 small wedge of lemon

In the juicer juice the carrots, then the apple and ginger root. After juicing stir to mix well and add lemon wedge. The apple provides quick energy, while the carrots help sustain that energy over several hours. 200 calories per serving.
